| Money laundering generally refers to the process in which,in order to deal with the proceeds of crime,the source of illegal proceeds is concealed or covered up by means of forging business background,and finally the proceeds of crime are used in normal and legitimate economic business activities to legalize the proceeds of crime.The risk of money laundering has always attracted much attention at home and abroad.Due to the global harmfulness of a series of upstream crimes of money laundering such as smuggling,drug and gun trading,the international community and governments have raised the anti money laundering management to the height of preventing national financial risks and maintaining national financial security.The people’s Bank of China and governments at all levels attach great importance to anti money laundering,and have emphasized the importance of anti money laundering of commercial banks at many important meetings.Because of its numerous branches,commercial banks are one of the financial institutions most easily used by money launderers.Therefore,how commercial banks prevent money laundering risks and do their own anti money laundering management is a very important topic.This paper takes the provincial branch behavior of a joint-stock commercial bank as the research object: firstly,starting from the theory,this paper analyzes the guiding role of the theory on the anti money laundering management of the branch,systematically combs the current literature and makes a summary;Secondly,starting from the actual work and using the case study method,this paper analyzes the links easily used by money launderers and the characteristics of money laundering customers in t branch of bank s,and makes a systematic study on the money laundering risks faced by T branch of bank s and its response plans in recent years,combined with the current anti money laundering management structure of the branch,including prior identification Analyze the current situation of the branch’s anti money laundering management through the complete management process including continuous tracking and investigation after business occurrence and management mechanism after risk occurrence;Finally,using the method of investigation and interview,understand the views of front-line employees and front-line managers on the current anti money laundering management of the branch,combined with case analysis,find out the advantages and disadvantages of the current anti money laundering management of the branch,and put forward corresponding solutions for the shortcomings,so as to finally achieve the goal of improving the anti money laundering management level of the branch. |
