Research On The Interactive Development Of Rural Finance And Rural Economy Of Zibo

Finance is the core of modern economic market; its essence is the financing andliquidity. Financial development provides a strong driving force for China’s sustainedeconomic development, support to transform the construction and structure of China’seconomic system. Therefore, experts and scholars take the relationship between financeand economy as the focus of research and attention for a long time. Agriculture is the pillarof the national economy; the development of agriculture directly relate to China’seconomic development trend. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the rapiddevelopment of the rural financial market promotes rural economic growth. However,there still have many problems when the Chinese government promoting the reform ofrural financial structure optimization, the rural finance is still the weakest link in the entirefinancial system, in which the performance in terms of financial scale, structure, andefficiency is particularly prominent. Moreover, because of the conditions of China, therural financial system is not compatible with the growth of the rural economy, and it hasbecome an accomplice to a certain extent. Therefore, to construct a perfect and suitable forrural economic development and rural financial service system is the key to solve the ruraleconomic growth, it also increase the realization of economic and financial interaction.Rapid Rural financial development of Zibo increase in recent years, have madecertain achievements. This paper summarized the statement in the theory research on theinteractive development of rural finance and economy, building the measurement modeland VAR model, according to the panel data to research the relationship of ruraleconomic and financial interaction, and the results and the local Zibo combined with theactual situation, the problems and reasons existing, finally proposed to further promote themeasures and Countermeasures of Zibo rural finance and economic development. Theinnovation of this paper is combining the theory and practice, expounding the key to salvethe Zibo rural finance and rural economic development; analysis of the specific problemsand causes and further promote the optimization and integration of Zibo rural economicdevelopment and rural financial system, so as to rural financial pilot fan area of Zibo isstudied; put forward the relevant policies and measures, they can help the Zibo government to formulate the policy in rural finance and rural economic to a certain degree, and theycan also speed up the urban and rural development, deepen the reform of agricultureand industry integration.
