In our country, the village is the basic unit of rural economy and society. The ruraleconomic development relates to the overall village economy development level. Inour country, the village economy development is not only an economic problem, butalso a political problem. On the one hand, Village economic development isconducive to increase farmers’ income, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.It is the first condition of the new rural construction. On the other hand, the new ruralconstruction can not only speed up the economic development in rural areas, improvefarmers’ living conditions and living environment, but also can drive the developmentof relevant industries. The new rural construction is the significant support of villageeconomic development. In this paper, under the background of building a well-offsociety in an all-round way, we focus on the optimization interactive development ofeconomic development and the new rural construction in Henan province.
