Along with the further reform of electric power system, the electricity generation enterprise market degree unceasingly enhances. The optimization of marketing organization is increasingly important. The topic that how to satisfy demands of the development through the science and effective marketing organization becomes a new task.Problems of construction of marketing organization in this research are aimed at the existing marketing organization construction of China Electric Power Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. Combined with the reality and marketing organization theory, guidance on how China Electric Power Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. marketing organization focusing on the domestic market, taking the customer demand as the guidance, it will create a domestic first-class power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing enterprises. Also, it has a positive theoretical significance. Through the research on the optimization of China Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. marketing organization, it is a guide and reference of marketing organization and optimization of electric power enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts.
