Research On Performance Management Index System Of Coal And Electricity Integration Enterprise

In the current China’s power structure, thermal power accounts for more than70%share,and about60%of the coal production is usd to generate electricity, this situation is very difficult to change in the short term. A stable supply of coal is of very importance to the power generation enterprises,at the sanme time, mass demand for the coal is also very importance to the coal generation enterprises. Coal and electricity integration enterprise is the vertical integration of coal and power industries and appeared to solve this problem. The performance of Coal and electricity integration directly influence the development direction of China’s electric power industry and energy industry.This paper analyzes the present situation of production and performance management of coal and power integration enterprise, expounds the similars and differences in production and performance management between coal and power integration enterprise and power generation enterprises, coal generation enterprise. Through the cost model to analyze the coal transfer payment price and its influence on the coal and power production sector’s performance in different price model and different demand supply situation. Establish the performance management index system of coal and power integration enterprise, and finally to take the Shanxi Hequ coal power integration enterprise as the example,proves the index system proposed in this paper can effectively reflect the operating performance of enterprises.The innovation of this paper is analysis the price of coal transfer payment of coal and power integration enterprise, and established a set of performance management index system to suit the characteristics of the of coal and power integration enterprise. Examines the coal transfer payment price’s impact on the performance of the coal and electircity integration enterprises in theory, and provide reference for enterprises to make rational internal transfer price; provide assistant for the coal and electricity integration enterprises to improve the level of performance management through the established performance management index system.
