Comprehensive Analysis Of The Benefit Of The CCHP

With the sustainable energy development strategy deepening, the energy efficiency and environmental protection have become the theme of energy development, in this context, CCHP, as an important second-generation energy technology, has received extensive attention all over the world. Therefore, this paper researches on the comprehensive social benefits of CCHP, which analyzes and evaluates the financial benefits, environmental benefits and, social benefits in CCHP, to promote the development of CCHP and the sustainability of energy in China.First of all, the paper analyzes, from the total cost of revenue and the specialty of the CCHP, the factors affecting the investment returns of the CCHP. Meanwhile, the evaluation index system for the investment returns of CCHP is established, which includes the profitability and solvency and overall9indexes, to comprehensively evaluate the investment benefit of the system. Besides, to promote the development and to reduce the operational risks of the CCHP, the risk factors influencing the economy of the system being analyzed, the risk levels being investigated through questionnaires and the key risks being identified with approaching the factor analysis, the key risk sources in the CCHP have been obtained, which are the power-transmission, the natural gas and the subsidies of electricity price.Second, this paper compares, from the perspective of environmental protection, the regular coal-fired power plants with the CCHP systems in aspects of the emission of air pollutants in the Chinese power market, to evaluate the environmental benefits of the CCHP in the context of China with the introduction of American standards for fees and penalty system for air pollutant emission. Additionally, the environmental benefits of the CCHP system can be calculated and is therefore being analyzed through the model, with the result of more significant environmental benefits of the CCHP system if coupled with the penalty for excessive emissions of pollutantsThird, the evaluation index system integrated with the benefits of the environment, economy and society is, to quantify the comprehensive social benefits of the CCHP system, being established, and the evaluation system based on the AHP-gray trigonal whitenization weight function is modeled, with the hope of fully and scientifically reflecting the benefits of the CCHP system.Finally, the paper evaluates the financial benefits and the comprehensive social benefits exampled with one CCHP project, which arrives at an conclusion of better financial benefits and comprehensive social benefits in CCHP projects, and moreover to provide the theoretical support for the development of the CCHP system.
