As a new form of employment, labor dispatch,adopted by many electric power enterprises, has advantages of saving cost, personnel management, optimizing talent structure, winning the competitive advantage, and promoting the development of enterprises. Yet with its widening application of labor dispatch in the electric power enterprises, its shortcomings and defects also unfold, and even cause the conflict of the recruitment units and personnel. Labor dispatching employment because of its poor stability of employment, also easy to cause the labor dispatching employees lack of identity and sense of belonging to the enterprise, the work is not positive, such problems as the sense of responsibility, to a certain extent, affected the harmonious development of the enterprise. How to solve these problems, is an important and urgent issue for electric power enterprises to deal with.Based on the above reasons, this thesis mainly researches background and significance of topics, including the development of labor dispatch at home and abroad; Introduce dispatching employment way, including definition, characteristics, methods and contents of the labor dispatching, etc.; About the electric power enterprise labor dispatching problem of existing research. Mainly introduced the electric power enterprise way of employment, labor dispatch facing the adjustment on the analysis of the existing problems and management; According to the above paper, summarizes the development trend of electric power enterprise labor dispatching labor and its countermeasures.The author thinks that as the relevant policies and regulations further improve, and increase the intensity of executive regulation, the electric power enterprise will eventually understand the labor dispatch is not convenient for enterprises, but cause more trouble and cost. Labor dispatch in electric power enterprise will gradually reduce the scope of application, weaken its impact, and eventually wipeout.Although the improvement on method of employment of electrical power enterprise will take some time to adjust and perfect, but at the moment, it still exists and there will be a long period of time of the electric power enterprise labor dispatching problem, we also want to carry on the effective management, implement the corresponding countermeasure, avoid further intensified contradictions and conflicts.Combining the reality of the electric power enterprise, and to analyze the problems existing in the labor dispatch staff and primary sources of problems, and how to innovate labor dispatch staff management mechanism, this paper puts forward good advices. And hoping that through this article that advocates the "employee-oriented" management concept and adopt corresponding countermeasures and measures, the electric power enterprises can carry out labor dispatching employee relationship management, seek the best balance of enterprise and employee interests, to promote the healthy and harmonious development of the electric power enterprise.
