The labor dispatch is also called the talent leasing, is a form of the enterprises in the market economy of flexible employment, which originated in the western developed market economy countries, along with our country market economy system reform, the labor dispatching in China’s rapid development. Since the labor dispatch involves dispatched labor, labor dispatch company and the employer three main body, bring conflicts of interests of the dispute is also very obvious.In this paper, the author from the unit Z company’s actual conditions of employment of the labor dispatch, combining the relevant theory of labor dispatch and China’s labor dispatch relevant laws and regulations, in the form of survey on Z company’s labor dispatch employees of the actual investigation, collect a lot of data, from the dispatched workers’gender, age, education, satisfaction with the company, on job satisfaction, satisfaction of salary and welfare and personal development satisfaction and other aspects of analysis and data processing, studies have found that Z company is facing the loss of talents, employment risk, dispatch workers lack the sense of belonging, many problems the company’s senior management, lack of evaluation system, this paper thinks that the Z company labor dispatch the main reasons for these problems are:China’s labor dispatch relevant laws and regulations are not perfect; Z enterprise for labor dispatching management measures are not perfect; labor outsourcing company itself has many problems. In this regard, the solutions are:to state laws and regulations as soon as possible and improve our labor dispatch, strengthen law enforcement; Z company by investigating and analyzing the reason of get labor dispatch problem arises, the perfect labor dispatch management measures; Z urged the labor dispatch unit control laws and labor dispatch agreement the above problems and Countermeasures in the text of a detailed description.The unit of Z company’s labor dispatch as a research background, combined with the theory of labor dispatch and China’s labor dispatch legislation related measures, the author takes the form of questionnaire to Z company dispatched workers were investigated, the investigation from the labor service dispatch industry and gender, age, education, the the company’s satisfaction, on job satisfaction, satisfaction of compensation and benefits and satisfaction of personal development, collect a lot of data, found that Z company is facing the brain drain, the risks of employment, labor dispatch employees lack the sense of belonging, many problems in senior management, lack of evaluation system, this paper analyzes the causes of these the problem, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, hoping it will be helpful for the relevant enterprises.
