As China’s market economy continues to improve, the functions of government andthe regulatory mechanisms of enterprise have changed a lot. Enterprise performanceevaluation becomes the concern to policy makers. Further study of the performanceevaluation and establishing a scientific and standardized enterprise performanceevaluation system as soon as possible have a strong practical significance for thepromotion of corporate management, reform and development. This paper focuses oncustomer satisfaction of the energy enterprise performance evaluation system. And ittakes the specific case of Zaozhuang Mining Group for example to show theprocedure of establishing the elaborate performance evaluation system of coalcompanies, and calculating the relevant data of customer satisfaction evaluation index,which is the foreshadowing of modern enterprise performance evaluation practice.The main research work is as follows:Chapter Zero, Introduction. This chapter elaborates the background, purpose andsignificance, research methods of this paper, and it shows the overall researchframework of this paper.Chapter One, the Theoretical Basis of Enterprise Performance Evaluation. Thischapter expounds the connotation of enterprise performance evaluation, analyzes thetheoretical basis of the relevant enterprise performance evaluation. It also defines thecontent of enterprise performance evaluation system, points out the component of acomplete evaluation system, and makes further analysis of the customer satisfactionperformance evaluation theory.Chapter Two, the Choice of Energy Performance Evaluation Methods. First itintroduces several typical methods of corporation performance evaluation andcustomer satisfaction evaluation, and thus the classification tree method is proposedas the proper method of this paper. Then it analyzes the connotation decisionclassification model and associated algorithms. Chapter Three, Establishing the Energy Enterprise Performance EvaluationSystem. Drawing on relevant research results, this paper designs an energy enterpriseperformance evaluation system from the customer level, financial level, the level oflearning and innovation, sustainable development and other aspects. And this papermainly focuses on the representative of the customer base, which can be called as thecustomer satisfaction performance evaluation.Chapter Four, Case Study of Zaozhuang Mining Group. This chapter illustrates thespecific building process and verifies the feasibility of this customer satisfactionevaluation system. Coal enterprises performance evaluation model is proposed andapplied, and performance of Mining companies is evaluated. As Zaozhuang MiningGroup has a good market share, a general customer retention rate, and a good productquality, in a comprehensive view, the overall customer satisfaction evaluation result ofZaozhuang Mining Group is good, which is consistent with the relevant expertanalysis. So this method is reliable and available for application.Chapter Five, Conclusions and Recommendations. The last part summarizes themain research results of this thesis and concludes that enterprises should take effortsto maintain and increase market share, improve customer satisfaction and retention,and strengthen business training, improve staff quality and attention to environmentalprotection, focusing on sustainable development.
