Study On Informatization Management Of Hotel Operation

With the rapid development of China National power and theconstant increase of national income, different ways of holiday tourismhave become an important component of the public to raise the standardof living. The hotel industry is an important part of the tourism industryand the level of informatization management has become an importantbasis for hotel operation and management. In order to meet the globaldemand of tourism market and the needs of customers, hotels shouldprovide a comfortable and personalized service for the guests, as well ashave the ability of sustainable development for the hotel operation, whichis an important part of core competence of the hotel. Therefore,informatization management of hotel operation has become an importantaspect to upgrade hotel operation ability in the setting and also becomethe practical significance of the research.This paper mainly uses the methods of investigation, observation,literature study, case analysis and other methods to systematically studythe Stars Hotel informatization management, researches on related theoryof management, hotel management, computer information systems andother fields.This paper firstly elaborates the hotel’s operation mode and states thelevel of information construction that hote should reach.Through theresearch on7Stars Hotels informatization management, it summarizescomprehensive widespread issues of the hotel informatizationmanagement, then takes hotel A as an example to discuss and putsforward the hotel informatization management reengineering concept according to these problems.So the author takes hotel A as an example to show the existingproblem, provides experience for the development of Stars Hotelinformation management through the analysis and solution of Hotelinformation management.
