Research On Operation Fund Management Of Jinling Hotel

Since China's reform and opening up,rapid economic development,national life level unceasing enhancement,the hotel industry demand increase,led to the hospitality industry prosperity.Hotel industry is divided into normal demand and consumer demand requirements with regard to the normal requirements are generally catering,tourism,business travel demand,irregular demand is usually excess public consumption demand.The entry of international hotel,reduced the normal domestic demand.With countries involved in the construction of style in recent years,a substantial reduction in the hotel's abnormal demand.In this situation,the hotel industry need to strengthen management.Working capital is an important part of hotel management,therefore,in this paper,we study the hotel has a certain value of working capital.Jinling Hotel is the first batch of coastal foreign-related hotels,has joined the world first-class hotel organization,has been rated as China's top three enterprises,is the most popular hotel.Therefore this article selects Jinling Hotel as the research scope.This paper used the SWOT analysis,ratio analysis,trend analysis,comparative analysis,etc.Hotel lack of working capital as a whole system of research,the domestic related literature.In order to improve the efficiency of working capital management,this article requires operating funds management present situation analysis of Jinling Hotel.Its content is mainly divided into system and financial data from two aspects.On the system,this paper from the aspects of procurement,sales analysis,find out its management advantages.These advantages can serve as a reference for other hotels.On the data analysis,this paper respectively from the scale,structure,major projects of working capital,etc,with inventory turnover time,cash flow,accounts receivable and accounts payable turnover time accounting indexes such as analyzing the status quo of the Jinling Hotel,thus found the Jinling Hotel operating funds management problems,such as inventory turnover period is longer,the inventory purchase way shortcomings.Its advantage is: to prevent shareholders encroach on money system science,Jinling Hotel accounts receivable management ability strong,etc.At the end of the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures to resolve the problem,such as strengthening the construction of informatization,optimizing the purchase way.
