ABSTRACT:Precious metals investment, like gold and silver, is a relatively new way of investment and wealth management in China, because of the scarcity of the precious metal species itself, the valuation function has an outstanding performance, and in recent years, this investment has been favored by the majority of investors, so that the entire industry can rise rapidly. However, just because of this is an emerging industry, the industry has not formulated a comprehensive regulatory, there is few policy-related aspects of compliance and risk management guidelines, so there was little discussion about the precious metals companies combined theoretical aspects of compliance risk management. However, as the rapid development of the precious metals industry, whether the regulators to take measures to strengthen the supervision of the precious metals industry or not, the initiative to strengthen the company’s compliance risk management is an important measure to protect the company in the future, and can be able to have a healthy development for the precious metals companies.In this paper, I am trying to use the compliance risk management study of domestic securities companies, and combine with the status of precious metals company compliance risk management, to analyze the problems of the Precious Metals Company’s compliance risk management, including weak concept of compliance, the ambiguous compliance department compliance management responsibilities, imperfect compliance risk management system, and so on. By analyzing the causes of the problem eventually, propose reasonable solutions for improving margin precious metals companies to help compliance risk management system.In this paper, by analyzing the causes of the precious metals company compliance risk management, I put forward the corresponding solutions adopted. Firstly, by improving the company’s compliance risk management system, and to make the compliance risk management responsibilities clear at all levels, like the management personnel compliance departments and all staff from senior compliance, form the idea of employees is everyone’s responsibility. Secondly, improve the company’s compliance management system, focusing on using the system to restrain people, and the daily use of the system to regulate the behavior of employees. Furthermore, the establish an effective risk assessment of internal control mechanisms, accountability mechanisms and reporting mechanism to comply that risk management concepts effectively implemented to each employee’s work, as well as promote a culture of compliance in the company, so that the concept of co-depth compliance management covers each corner of company.
