Research On The Improvement Of Compliance Risk Management Of BDYZ Company's Agent Financial Business

In recent years,compliance risk has gradually become an important risk faced by Chinese commercial banks in addition to credit risk,market risk and operational risk.With the release of China Banking Regulatory Commission's compliance risk management guidelines for commercial banks,compliance risk management has attracted more and more attention of the domestic banking industry.Since its establishment,postal savings bank of China has attached great importance to compliance risk management.At the beginning of its establishment,it set up a separate compliance risk management department to strengthen compliance risk control.At present,it has achieved preliminary results in compliance risk management.However,due to the low degree of specialization and the low quality of personnel,the agent financial business line under the jurisdiction of China post is still a long way from the formation of a comprehensive and effective compliance risk management system.From the perspective of compliance risk management,this paper makes a study on BDYZ's agency financial compliance risk management.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper and the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and contents;secondly,starting with the relevant concepts of compliance risk management,it analyzes the corporate governance theory,comprehensive risk management theory and internal control theory,and then has a deeper understanding and understanding of compliance risk management of commercial banks.Finally,on this basis,combined with their own years of work experience,BDYZ company agent financial compliance risk management status is analyzed in depth.Based on the research on the organizational structure,basic content and management process of BDYZ's agency financial compliance risk management,this paper analyzes the existing problems of BDYZ's agency financial compliance risk management in the aspects of cultural concept,organizational structure,system construction,evaluation system and control in advance,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions,including promoting the normalization of internal control compliance culture construction,systematization of system construction,specialization of compliance management team,informatization of risk management and control as well as risk management and control of key links,etc.,in order to comprehensively improve the level and ability of BDYZ company's agency financial compliance risk management.
