Research On Working Capital Management Of AG Group Co.

Working capital which with the most fluidity, shortest circulation time and themost variability was one part of the Enterprise capital.Working capital maintainsenterprises just like blood maintains human bodies. Only with the blood flow, thebody can survive well.Then management of working capital became the core ofenterprises management just as heart do its job in body.The author started his research on working capital management of AG group Co.after the conclusion of traditional working capital management and working capitalmanagement based on channels. Some problems on working capital managementwere found during the research and so did the reasons. The author also made somesuggestions to solve these problems just hope to make some advance on workingcapital management of AG group Co.The full text is divided into five sections as follows:The first section: background of the research and review of related literature. Itwill introduce the background of this research and why it was chosen. Then it will talkreview literature on this topic aboard and homeland. Research way and frameworkwould be introduced at last.The second section: Analyses of theories on working capital. This section firstintroduced the characteristics of working capital and its management theoretical andpractical significance, proposes research problem. And then it will talk about workingcapital management based on channels to point out the importance of this theory. Newformular will be showed after introduction.The third section: the case description. This section from the specific situation ofAG and the group of the status of working capital management, AG group wereintroduced, describes the specific problems of AG group company working capital,provide the basis for the cause of the next step.The forth section: the case analysis. AG group company working capitalmanagement definition and characteristics as well as the content and methods of thetheory are introduced. Then, the problem existing in AG group’s working capitalmanagement based on the introduction of the problem, analyzes the causes of theexistence of AG group company working capital problems, and provides a basis for the next step of rationalization proposals.The fifth section: suggestions on how to consolidate the working capitalmanagement. Based on the analysis the last chapter cases, the actual problemsexisting in the AG group many field, and puts forward five suggestions. And on thebasis of the content of this paper are summarized.
