The important constituent of the automobile is auto parts, as a result of the structureand the manufacture particularity of the automobile itself, the major auto parts needpurchase from the foreign in the process of the automobile manufacturing. The auto partsare rich in various type and the quality is particularly high. Therefore, the supplypartnership between the automobile manufacturing enterprise and the supplier isespecially important to the development of the automobile manufacturing enterprise.Firstly,the article reviews the basic theory of the domestic and foreign supplierrelationship,involves the supplier relationship management, and explains the status of thestudy on pattern classification of the automobile manufacturing supplier relationship. Itproposes the research questions and research methods on the basis of the theory andpractice.Secondly,the article analyzes the characteristic of the supplier relationship inautomobile manufacturing enterprise.This research clarifies the relationship as fourdifferent styles using two dimensions.The four styles include loose relationship,drawingrelationship,pushing relationshipand interactive relationship.A model on the impact ofthe automobile manufacturing enterprise supplier relationship mode on purchasingperformance has been proposed.Finally, the model has been verified by thequestionnaire.The research studies the domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise,analyzes the collection data by SPSS,compares the impact of the supplier relationshipon purchasing performance.The research shows that the different supplier relationship mode of the automobilemanufacturing enterprise has effects on purchasing performance.The different mode ofthe supplier relationship on different purchasing performance indicators are different.Theperformance indicators of purchasing are divided into purchasing price performance,purchasing time performance, purchasing quality performance, purchasing costperformance.The research discovers that the interactive relationship has the best effectson purchasing performance,and the pushing relationship has the worst effects onpurchasing performance.This research analyzes the impact of the automobile manufacturing enterprise supplier relationship mode on purchasing performance, seeks the suitable mode of thesupplier relationship for automobile manufacturing enterprise.The automobilemanufacturing enterprise supplier relationship management is of great practicalsignificance.
