Research On Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises Supplier Selection Based On Green Purchasing

With the rapid development of science and technology, environmental problems inevitably show up. Auto industry, be known as the pillar industry of our country, is also faced with various aspects of pressure. Many automobile manufacturers have started to organize all kinds of environmentally friendly practices. As the whole process of environmental management pattern of manufacturing enterprise under the sustainable development, green supply chain management has received the extensive recognition and attention from the theoretic and industry realms. Green purchasing is an important part of green supply chain management, and it is also the basis of the implementation of green supply chain management. Through the coordination and cooperation with suppliers, green purchasing is able to reduce cost, reduce the use of hazardous substances, improve enterprise’s ability of influencing the market speed, improve enterprise’s competitiveness and establish the environmental protection image of the enterprise.The selection of suppliers is the core content of green purchasing. Further, it is also the primary part of green procurement implementation. Through the design of the supplier evaluation index, the level of green purchasing practice of the car manufacturing enterprise is reflected. Be known as a complex assembly industry, having a wide variety of components, auto industry must be associated with a large number of related accessories factory. Thus, supplier management for automobile manufacture enterprise plays a vital role.Therefore, we make supplier selection based on automobile manufacturing enterprises as the research object. On the basis of the theory of green supply chain, green purchasing and supplier evaluation and selection of standard and the method, combined with the auto industry development situation and existing problems of supplier selection, we proposed the index system, based on green purchasing supplier evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises. The index measures and investigates green procurement suppliers through products and services from suppliers, enterprise environment capacity of suppliers, the suppliers and suppliers’ability.At the same time, this paper construct the supplier evaluation model, based on quantitative analysis, through group decision root and the improved TOPSIS method based on connection degree innovatively. In addition, it analyzed and validated the scientificity, applicability and feasibility of the model through L engine’s supplier selection.Study found that it is scientific and reasonable for green purchasing supplier evaluation system and model construction when choosing the suppliers, it is necessary for automobile manufacturing enterprise to add "environmental factors" as its important aspect when considering the basis of traditional economic indicators of the supplier’s quality, price, delivery capability and so on. On the one hand, it can improve the level of automobile manufacturing enterprise supplier selection practice. On the other hand, it can control the green production level of the enterprise, improve overall greening degree of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
