Research On Project Purchasing Management Based On JIT Purchasing

The purchase management is an important component in the engineering project management, It constitute the material basis for the engineering construction projects. Material purchasing is the basis and premise of all construction activities of the project, it is also the main control process to control the engineering construction cost. Therefore, reduce non-value added activities in the process of purchasing and waste of funds, improve the efficiency of procurement have important significance for the smooth construction of the project, completed and value-added.This article first discusses the relevant theories and methods which applied in project procurement management, such as:supply chain, supply chain management, game theory and JIT purchasing management, mainly introduced JIT purchasing related theory. And then through the introduction when traditional project procurement process and procurement mode (material requirement (MRP) purchasing management mode, the third party logistics purchasing management mode) analysis of the shortcomings of traditional procurement, and then leads to JIT purchasing for the important significance of the project. Traditional procurement process cycle is one of the important factors which affect the cost of procurement of supply, the supply cycle of reason for purchasing goods and materials to build a digital game theory model based on JIT purchasing, in order to solve the project procurement due to supplier does not supply on time in the process of construction cost. In order to be more practical, the model by using game theory related theory and method to optimize the model equilibrium, make the actual use of the model effect more apparent.In this paper, using the game theory of complete information dynamic game model of sub game to set up the JIT purchasing model between contractor and supplier, with the actual case to verify the optimized model, calculated the more reasonable purchase cycle. It puts forward a new thought and method for purchasing management optimization.
