At present,commercial banks present the trend of financial globalization with developing rapidly in the domestic business and setting up branches in overseas.Meanwhile the Internet has a huge influence on the traditional financial institutions and has penetrated to the various areas including bank,insurance,funds,bond and so on.Commercial banks need to improve competitiveness in the domestic market and the international market.According to the data,the rapid development of the banking industry has brought the rapid development of financial institutions,but the governance structure and efficiency of the corporate affect the competitiveness.Based on the situation of current management modes and financial globalization,commercial banks need to study the current management modes and put forward multi-level corporate management strategy in order to maintain the core competitiveness of commercial banks and meet the development requirements.There are a lot of researches about the corporate management strategy of the commercial bank,mainly on the board governance,the external supervision, efficiency and market segmentation. I mainly analyse the problems and development modes of the traditional organization structure from the multi-level point of view in this paper and put forward multi-level management strategy from the operation and miniatures of monolayer structure perspective, and explain how the state-owned banks improve the efficiency of management and enhance the ability of risk prevention with the external supervision through some specific cases.
