On China's State-owned Commercial Bank Corporate Governance Structure

The improvement of corporation governance of state-owned commercial banks is the most important one in way of state-owned commercial banks' reform. After entering to the WTO, it accelerates the reform of state-owned commercial banks. Our finance system requires combining with international environment, because the traditional finance system cannot be applicable to the economic development, we need to explore the new and effective corporation governance way for the state-owned banks.The basic clue of the article is starting from ordinary corporation governance theoretical base, contrasting the corporation governance structure difference between commercial banks and ordinary ones, learning from international advanced experiences, dissertating the choice of governance patterns of state-owned commercial banks with combining the reality of our country , eventually putting forward some advice on improvement of corporation governance structure of state-owned commercial banks.
