Culture creative industry began to sweep the whole world in1990s,and graduallybecame the core of driving the regional development and promoting competitiveness,because it is creative, cultural high value-added and strong-radiative,Cultural creativeindustry is quite meaningful to expand the scope of sports tourism, vary tourism productand modify the industrial structure.The paper tries to study the exploitation of thesports tourism resources in DeHang Grand Valley of XiangXi from the view of culturalcreative industry and the author expects that it will contribute to the benigndevelopment of sports tourism industry in DeHang even the whole XiangXi.Established in the DeHang tourism circle, the paper does a deep research oncurrent situation and the content of the sports tourism resources by means of theresearch methods of literature review,expert interview, field observation and caseanalysis.Besides, in allusion to the current problems, the paper proposes somecorresponding counter measures. Which are supposed to promote the exploitation ofcreative sorts tourism resources.The study shows:1、With advantageous geographic location and fine climate conditions, DeHangowns abundant natural and cultural sports tourism resources, which has the features ofhistoric character, original ecology, nationality and regionalism,as well as its richcontent and various forms.2、Current situation:①.a favorable environment for creative exploitation whichprovides more opportunities for further development of creative sports tourism industry;②. Diversified projects,including folk sports events, folk sports festival and large scalesports events;③.a combination of creative exploitation on traditional cultural sportresources and outdoor sports tourism events resources by numerous methods and forms.3、Shortages:①.The whole area is lacking in scientific planning and instructions;②.The exploitation of natural sports tourism resources accounts for a much highershare than that of cultural sports tourism resources;③.There is not enough promotionof sports tourism and brand awareness is eager to be build.④.It is the behindhand ideasthat have a negative influence on the development of sports tourism resources.⑤.Ateam of talents should be built and service levels have to be improved.4、Solvations in combination to the promising drum festival of Miao people:①.Based on public health, more popular public leisure sports and a better servicesystem should be established;②.The projects of original ecological and nationalcharacters ought to be valued, which aims at a remarkable brand of cultural creative in XiangXi;③.Culture more talents in the field of cultural creation industry and acceleratethe integration of sports tourism and cultural creation industry;④. Break through therestrictions of funds, environment and technique in order to boost its development.⑤.Take good use of The new media for integrated marketing and spread.⑥. Increasethe cooperations with the television art industry and open up more creative sportscultural product in this field.
