The Research On Growth Diagnosis And Support Project Of Technology-Based Small And Micro Businesses

Technology-based small and micro businesses’contribution to the social economy and the impact on the social life is rapidly expanding, become a new force to promote the growth of our economy. The character of technology-based small and micro businesses is high-technical and high-growth, which are driving force of the development of technology-based small and micro businesses. At the same time, the high risk and small size also make its development frustrated.Based on the mass literature materials, this paper presents research such as the growth stage and characteristics, critical success factors, risks and performance of technology-based small and micro businesses. Based on the technology-based small and micro businesses life cycle theory, this paper divides technology-based small and micro businesses growth cycle into three stages such as the initial stage, growth stage1and growth stage2, and then respectively analyzes the three segmentation times technology-based small and micro businesses demand characteristic, the risks and the special role of entrepreneurs. Through the study of a vast amount of literature, this paper sum up general success factors of technology-based small and micro businesses, combined with the growth cycle, using the analytic hierarchy process eventually identified nine critical success factors, establish the corresponding matrix of the critical success factors and growth cycle. On the basis of the critical success factors, this paper builds growth risks and performance evaluation index system of technology-based small and micro businesses. By applying the method of analytic hierarchy process and factor scores, this paper evaluates the level of risk and performance of technology-based small and micro businesses during three segmentation times. Finally, this paper structures the value judgment matrix based on the result of the evaluation of risk and performance, classifies technology-based small and micro businesses value, and put forward corresponding support project to each value type of technology-based small and micro businesses during the different stages.
