Study On The Problem Of Sme Financing Guarantee In China

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been an important part in the national economy, they play an indispensable role in solving the employment problem. SMEs have gradually become one of the most important parts of national economy. Despite the good prospects for development, there are also "bottleneck" in the development process, among them, the most concern is the financing problem of SMEs. This paper based on this situation, conducts the research to our country financing guarantee system mainly from the SME financing guarantee system point of view, combined with the experience of foreign countries. The main framework of this paper includes the following parts.The first part introduces the background and significance, the domestic and foreign research situation and analysis of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The second part analyzes the status of SMEs financing guarantee system, in its development process and the problems in the development process.The third part carries on the analysis to the United States, Japan and Germany SME financing guarantee system, find out what we can learn from.The fourth part put forward suggestions on the construction of China’s guarantee system through the analysis of the present situation of guarantee system in our country and the experience abroad.
