Risk investment evaluation standards and scientific performance management is animportant content of risk investment, it directly shows the risk of future development potential,and project feasibility of investment projects. Performance of the investment management isthe guarantee of risk investment company to succeed, can reduce the risk of the investment.At first, this paper is an overview of venture capital, to understand the basic content ofrisk investment, the main characteristics, and the operation process and the way of venturecapital, a brief understanding of the risk investment.
