Thinking Of The Development Of Xinjiang’s Industrial Economic Under The Signiifcance Of The Industrial Ecological Economy

The rapid development of the industry not only brings material wealth and higheconomic growth, but also greatly improves people’s living standards. But we cannot ignorethat the ecological environment pressure is increased to some extent and the ecologicalbalance has been seriously affected, because of people’s over-exploitation and waste ofnatural resources, serious environmental pollution and other facts.Xinjiang is vast in land and rich in mineral resources, which provides excellentconditions and opportunities for the development of various industrial parks. At present,Xinjiang is at an important stage of industrialization. The industrial development will helpimprove the level of Xinjiang’s GDP, which has an irreplaceable influence in Xinjiang’seconomic prosperity. However, the main feature during the process of industrial developmentin Xinjiang is the large consumption and waste of natural resources, which not only led thatthe ecological environment has been seriously damaged, but the trend of ecologicaldeterioration has not been effectively curbed. Facing the serious reality of resources andenvironmental conditions, the government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has timelybrought up the concept of “comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable scientificdevelopment outlook, based on the people". But most industries in Xinjiang are high energyconsumption or high pollution model, which is not conducive to sustainable economicdevelopment in Xinjiang, and seriously affects the future progress to a higher level. The rapidindustrial development is an important foundation to improve the regional competitiveness ofXinjiang and is also the only way to improve economic modernization and urbanization.Therefore, in order to change this situation, we need to establish a comprehensivedevelopment of industrial ecological economy. Industrial ecology and construction ofecological and economic industrial systems will be the present dominant mode of Xinjiang’sindustrial economy.Based on previous theoretical perspectives, This paper has clear purpose and significance: according to the actual situation of ecological environment and the process of industrializationin Xinjiang, the author has compared the industrial development of Xinjiang with that of thewhole country to help the industry to choose the path of coordinated economic development,and put forward some suggestions about how to improve economic efficiency, utilization ofecological resources of Xinjiang and the coordinated development of industry and theenvironment. At last, in the high-speed economic development of Xinjiang, the authorreflected the present situation of ecological environment, its carrying capacity andconstruction of industrial ecological economy of Xinjiang, in order to provide a scientificbasis for the coordinated development of Xinjiang industrial ecology economy.
