| High quality economic development has gradually become a new direction of China's pursuit of economic development.The three major industries are the important part of national economic growth,but the dependence of its development on traditional energy is also one of the main reasons for the lagging economic quality.To study the relationship between the development of the three major industries and the level of economic quality is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of regional economy.In view of this,on the basis of theoretical analysis of the relationship between the development of the three industries and economic quality,the paper takes 31 provinces and cities in China as samples and uses a variety of statistical methods to study the relationship between the "Three Industries Development-economic quality" system.Specifically: First,the entropy weight method and panel data model are used to measure the development and economic quality of the three industries,and the coupling effect theory is used to analyze the linkage between the three industries.Second,using the semi parametric regression model to study and analyze the relationship between the development of the three industries and the level of economic quality,and to re study the relationship under the industrial linkage.Finally,using the comparative analysis method to re compare and analyze the relationship between the eastern,central and western regions.The conclusion is as follows: First,from the perspective of the development and economic quality of the three industries,the development of the three industries has been on the rise over the years,but it has obvious regional differences and industrial differences;however,most regions have not achieved high-quality economic development,but the red line of high-quality economic development has gradually decreased;Second,when considering the influence of government behavior,consumption level of residents,human capital level and opening degree,the correlation between economic quality level and the development of primary and secondary industries is inverted "U" type and "U" type,The corresponding inflexion values are 0.87 and 4.72 respectively,which fully shows that the impact of related industry development on economic quality has positive and negative effects,and the final promotion or inhibition of economic quality depends on the game of positive and negative effects;Third,when considering the industrial linkage effect,the correlation between economic quality and the development of the three industries is U-shaped,inverted U-shaped and positive linear,with the corresponding inflexion points of 0.63 and 2.23 respectively,which reflects that industrial linkage plays a regulatory role in the relationship between the two,that is,reasonable industrial linkage plays a positive role in promoting high-quality economic development;Fourth,considering the regional differences,it is found that there are obvious differences between the economic quality level and the development of the three industries in the eastern,central and western regions.Therefore,considering that in the practice process,the coordination effect of a single policy is not enough to support the balanced development of all regions,we must comprehensively consider the development of other regions,which is not limited to economy,energy,environment,etc.,so as to achieve effective coordination among regions.Based on the above research,it is believed that under the new economic normal,structural optimization,efficiency improvement and high-quality economic development are of great significance to further improve the role of the three major industries in the economic development process,Therefore,we should pay more attention to the industrial linkage effect,promote the coordinated development of the three industries and give full play to the leading exemplary role of benchmarking industry,get rid of the current extensive economic development mode,vigorously improve the production mode,and promote the high-quality development of regional economy.There are 19 figures,11 tables and 141 references in this paper. |
