Research On The Evaluation And Development Strategy Of County Leisure Agricultural Tourism

For the theme of resource evaluation and development strategy about the county leisure agricultural tourism, this paper mainly around "county" and "leisure" to collect the theories and relevant literatures in the theoretical part, Then, discussed the concept and the characteristics of county leisure agricultural tourism, based on the above theories, this paper used the AHP method to build the resources evaluation system about county leisure agricultural tourism through evaluating the agricultural bases and the development conditions, used the expert panel method to calculate the index weight, and used Likert scale to construct the index assignment system, in order to determine the level of resources, it can make the evaluation results more intuitional and more scientific. Then, probed and dissertated the ordinary development strategy of county leisure agricultural tourism, these were space strategy, format strategy, product strategy and strategy. For the empirical part, firstly, used the above method to evaluate the county leisure agricultural tourism resources in Panan county, the results shows us that60resource points are effective, these are2first level points,10second level points,18third points and30fourth points. Secondly, evaluated it’s abundance and geographical combination, and generalized seven kinds of resource types according to their industrial properties. Thirdly, carried out the evaluation of the resources’spatial distribution and assemblages, divided into4space types such as scenic-relying, town-relying, traffic-relying and resource-environment-relying. Finally, propose the space strategy, format strategy, product strategy of the leisure agricultural tourism in Panan county.This thesis research on: (1)Leisure agriculture is the product of the primary industry and tertiary industry, and the county leisure agricultural tourism is that in the county, put the rural natural and human environment, rural landscapes, farming activities, farming culture and customs as the attraction, put the urban population as the target market, and it is to meet the needs of leisure, experience, knowledge and so on, it is a new kind of tourism, it has3essential characteristics such as ecological, participatory and unurbanizing, it also has some general characteristics such as seasonal, instructive, civilian natural and sustainability and so on.(2)This paper repute that it should evaluate the county leisure agricultural tourism resources from the agricultural bases and the development conditions, according to them, put base’s natural conditions, base’s resource abundance, base’s resource value, resource development conditions, resource development wishes and resource development benefits as the project layer, put these’s factors as the factor layer, and the evaluation system of county leisure agricultural tourism resources is made of target layer, comprehensive layer, project layer and factor layer.(3)Node, axis and domain are basic elements of the regional spatial structure, and the evolution of space travel destination is a Continuously optimize, those are polar-nuclei mode phase, point-axis mode phase and network mode phase. So it is important to select and develop the node, axis and domain. The resource point can be selected as a important node which has the precedence to be developed if it is next to the scenic, town, traffic route intersection, big agricultural base or superior natural environment; and the important traffic routes and the main tourism corridors should be put as the axis; we should choose the area as domain to get cluster development if the it has so many resources distribute in the above nodes and axis, it can be selected as domain.(4)Starting from the county scale, rural property, and leisure features, referring to the general format mode of rural tourism and leisure agricultural tourism, the county leisure agricultural tourism can be developed to be tourist farm, leisure farm, educational farm, manor farm, health farm、high-tech agricultural demonstration garden, agricultural museum and agricultural exhibition (shopping) center.(5)With the gradually increase of the demand for tourism products, the county leisure agricultural tourism is evolving from low to high, the county leisure agricultural tourism products can be classified into ornamental, leisure, experiencing, educational, healthy, vacation and synthesized.(6)According to the status of leisure agricultural tourism resources in Panan county, combine with their types, abundance and space combination, this paper proposed the spatial development strategy called "1-point,2-cores,12-nodes,3-axes,4-Areas",develop leisure farm, health farm, educational farm, tourist farm and integrated base, it is the format development strategy, and designed ornamental, leisure, educational, healthy and Integrated tourism products as the product strategy.
