On Analysis And Countermeasures For The Operation Of Fengqiao Agricultural Machinery Cooperation

In recent years, the overall economic and social development of both rural and urbanplaces and the construction of new countryside and modern agriculture have become a majortask to fully build a well-off society along with the rapid development of China’s economy.Under the new economic and social development situation and the institutional environmentof China, the small-scale individual form of family operation in agriculture has already notcompletely adapt to the current development situation, and the agricultural machinerycooperation, a kind of large-scale pattern of collective operation, appeared consequentially.According to the information obtained by in-depth research, this thesis introduced thefounding background and purpose, current situation and development of FengqiaoAgricultural Machinery Cooperation (FAMC). The running effects of FAMC are analyzed indetail from the aspects of developing modern agriculture and local economy, increasingfarmers’ income, promoting ecological and social benefit and improving farmers’understanding of cooperation. On this basis, the successful experiences of operation anddevelopment FAMC are summarized comprehensively from the aspects of mobilization andpropaganda, governance structure design, the role effects of core members, arousing theenthusiasm for shareholding of farmers, combination with urban construction and agriculturaldevelopment projects, and the bottleneck problems affecting the development of thecooperation are analyzed from the aspects of capital, land acquisition, risk resisting ability,staff stability and professional talents. For these bottleneck problems faced by the cooperationdevelopment, the suggestions to improve the running effects of the cooperation are putforward from the aspects of financing and financial management, dividend payment system,administration and utilization of land, farmers’ participation, risk-sharing system,organization construction and the introduction and training of professional talents. It is hopedthat the targeted theory instruction can be provided to sustainable development of FAMC, andthe reference can be provided for the government departments formulating relevant policiesand programs through the research of this thesis.
