Reaserch On Green Enterprise Development Of Liaohe Oilfield Company

Since the mid-20th century, the ecological environment has been a topic as important asdevelopment, and the pursuit of harmony and unity between environment modernization andeconomic modernization has become the consensus. The wave of the green economy impactsand changes the traditional development model and management philosophy of enterprises.on this background, green enterprise not only has become a new trend of enterprisesdevelopment, but also break the concept of "green enterprise is one providing greenproducts", which makes it a basic starting point to the sustainable development and enhancingcompetence of enterprises. In China, the implementation of sustainable developmentstrategies and construction of green enterprises are inevitable choice for enterprisedevelopment.In this paper, the meaning and basic characteristics of green enterprise were explained onthe basis of home and abroad research, and the basic theory of green corporate building andevaluation was outlined from process and results perspectives. A green oil field buildingevaluation system including23specific evaluation evaluation indexes was designed based onGreen GDP accounting system and green energy company evaluation system. Thecomprehensive evaluation of the evaluation system was the oilfield green index and thecontents of evaluation system were resource development and utilization, environmentalprotection, recycling, economic and social responsibility. Meanwhile, the satuation thatLiaohe Oilfield Company belongs to China National Petroleum Corporation as a regionalbranch of state-owned unincorporated was fully considered. On this basis, the weights of theindexes are determined by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the evaluation modelof green enterprise construction is set up based on the linear weighted comprehensiveevaluation method. According to the evaluation of green enterprise construction in LiaoheOilfield Company in2012, the problems existing in green enterprise construction are putforward, and their reasons are analyzed. According to the problems and their reasons, thecountermeasures for green enterprise development are put forth based on summarizing thegood practice of green enterprise construction of domestic energy enterprises.
