With the development of economic globalization and the market economy system, Chinese enterprises must carry out social reform. Enterprise reform is an important part of the reform of logistic services. In terms of enterprise logistics services, in the traditional system of enterprise logistics services, the enterprise logistics services has a strong traces of planned economy, the logistics personnel’s viewpoint of the market economy is weak, the lack of the consciousness of service are the specific performance. Under the market economy system, the enterprise logistics socialization reform is imminent.This article adopts the method of normative analysis. This article is divided into five parts to discuss the reform of the socialization of Liaohe Oilfield’s logistics management. First of all, we describes the research background and research significance of this article, introduce the domestic and foreign research status quo of enterprise logistics socialization reform process. Secondly, we introduce the related concepts and theories, which can provide theoretical support for later analysis of the theory. Then we conduct a comprehensive analysis the present situation of the reform of logistic service management of Liaohe Oilfield, mainly focus on the heating, gas supply and childcare business. We also analyze the existing problems at present stage. Then combining the theory with practice, we put forward the Liaohe Oilfield logistic service management mode. Finally we summarized and have a further thinking about change management problems that should be paid attention to in logistics socialization, summed up the new ideas, new methods of logistics reform. Provide the reference basis for the further development of Liaohe Oilfield reform of logistics management both in theory and in practice.
