Studay On Internal Audit Of The Rural Credit Cooperatives Of Henan Province

The Rural Credit Cooperatives is an important component of the financial system in china. Henan Rural credit cooperatives plays a vital role in promoting the development of the Central Plains Economic Zone as a local bank. The reform of rural credit cooperatives has developed for decades, however, there is still not a viable way to go, at the same time we even have made a few detours due to historical reasons. During the time, many phenomenons of non-compliance, cases and risks have brought great losses to the development of rural credit cooperatives. Internal audit plays a crucial role for defusing and preventing financial risks. Therefore, the research on internal audit of Rural Credit Cooperative plays an important role in promoting the development of Henan agricultural credit business.This article from the internal audit, and the definition of internal audit under the rural finance organization, explores the internal audit’s present situation of Henan rural credit cooperatives, and then through the analysis of the typical cases and the state-owned commercial banks internal audit practice, this paper compares and analyzes internal audit problems of rural credit cooperatives in our province, and from the angle of audit practitioners as the key point of some Suggestions for improvement of the internal audit work have been put forward to improve the audit independence, So this article is for the improvement of the rural credit cooperatives of internal audit in henan province and do my own small contribution to the development of the internal audit ofthe rural credit cooperatives of Henan Province.
