| With the development of communication technology and transportation facilities, the reform of household registration system&the management of the personnel archives is changing people’s thoughts step by step, which makes the influential factors of the talent flow turnover in the market environment, the flow of the talents are gradually influenced by marketed mechanism. Facing the rapid growth of domestic demand for information technology, SG Company got a rapid development of the company’s business and expansion of scale. However, facing the full range of increasingly fierce market competition, high loss of R&D personnel seriously is a big problem, which affects the company’s rapid development.By analyzing the environment of SG Company and the status of salary management, taking random interviews to analyze the satisfaction of R&D staff about salary, the purpose of this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current salary package. Based on the theory of comprehensive salary strategy, aiming at the high turnover rate of R&D personnel, combining a variety of factors, such as SG company’s state of operation and market condition in the current development strategy, the people-oriented concept, rational pricing of R&D personnel in human resources market, sharing the profits of enterprise development with R&D personnel, the diversity of R&D personnel’s need, flexible benefits policy etc, makes optimization scheme of R&D personnel’s salary to improve the stability of SG company R&D team. The last part of paper makes recommendations for the implementation of optimization scheme. |
