In Henan province, the tourism resources are rich and the tourism market is huge,so it is essential to supervise the tourism market in order to maintain the interests ofmain body in tourism market and safeguard the stability of the order in tourism market.There are some problems in the supervision of our province’s tourism market, such asthe legal system is not complete, the supervision attitude is not perfect, lack ofaccountability mechanisms,the allocation of regulatory power decentralization. Forspecific performance, including the abuse of competitive advantage, the invasion ofrights and interests in consumers, the invasion of rights and interests in tour conductorand the low tourism service quality. The problems are main caused by traditionaladministration mode and market supervision subject, the traditional administrationmode include the traditional political mode and political ideology, the marketsupervision subject include the right and duty of market supervision subject is not clear,the effect of NGO is not apparent, and the supervision information system is notperfect, all these factors restricting benign development of tourism market supervisionin our province’s. China’s Hainan province and Beihai city in Guangxi province arefamous places in tourism, they adopt successful practices about tourism marketsupervision and achieve cheerful results, which afford good reference to the reform ofour province tourism market supervision. Our province can management tourismmarket by taking corresponding measures in the tourism market supervision accordingto the concrete problems and reasons and take the successful practices as reference, somaintain the stability of the tourism market and promote the harmonious of tourismmarket.
