China’s manufacturing industry is in the national pillar industry, the development of the manufacturing sector has played a crucial role. At present, The rank of small and medium manufacturing enterprises is growing,and it promote local employment and contribute to local economic development process effect obviously. Anhui is currently led by the manufacturing sector industrial development doing well, leading the healthy development of the real economy. Ranked third in the province’s industrial growth in Bengbu City, small and medium manufacturing enterprises provide strong support to regional economic development, but the financing of small and medium manufacturing enterprises hinder the development of enterprises.This paper take use of questionnaire and field research methods, combined with survey data from Bengbu Municipal Bureau of Statistics, the Banking Board and other units. The first part of this paper is the introduction, the second part is to analyze the current development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in Bengbu City, including the definition of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, the current situation of small and medium manufacturing enterprises Bengbu,the development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises problems in three parts, which is part of the overall development status description and specific analysis of the combination of the way through the general description of the terms of added value, the total growth rate ranking, product sales rate, financing, combined with the distribution of the enterprise sector, operations, assets and liabilities of a comprehensive analysis of three aspects of the problem need to draw attention to the development of small and medium sized manufacturing companies that exist today. The third part of this article is small and medium manufacturing enterprises in Bengbu financing situation analysis, in which the first basic conditions for financing (financing scale, mode, cost, product supply), and then the current small and medium manufacturing enterprises and other industries and enterprises to compare, analyze small manufacturing companies that exist in corporate finance insufficient effective demand, small-scale loans, financing needs to be widened, financial services needs to be further improved and so few problems. The fourth part of this article is to describe the statistical analysis of the financing situation of small and medium manufacturing enterprises survey questionnaire, around three areas about the basic situation of enterprises (corporate the stage, the registered capital, the number of employees in the development of constraints, asset-liability ratio), financing (sources of funds, loans easy to get sex, satisfaction with the services provided by the bank lending conditions in three areas), the role of the external environment (government play in the financing of the effect, the effect of security companies and other institutions as well as industry financing position).
