Research On The Innovative Financing Mode Of Small And Medium Enterprises

Small and medium enterprises have been playing an important role in our national economy since the reform and opening up to the-world. They not only provide employment opportunities, but play an extremely important role in the social wealth creation, furthermore, have stimulated the technological innovation and mechanism innovation. With the rapid development of the market economy, the environment for the SMEs has become better and better, and more and more SMEs occurred, which takes a higher and higher proportion of the national economy. Under our existing financing environment, financing channels for SMEs are still narrow and single, compared with foreign financing channels. With financing environment not improved yet, financing problems have not been solved, either. How to solve the financing problems of SMEs and make innovation of the mode of financing is very urgent, for this plays a key role in the development of SMEs.Tai’an is an industrial and tourist city in Shandong Province. With the development of economy, a large number of small and medium enterprises occurred, and the presence and development of which has become an essential part of regional economic development, and contributed much for Tai’an’s economic development and social stability. However, similar to other regions, Tai’an’s SMEs are also facing the problem of shortage of funds. How to solve the problem of funds shortage has become the focus of the development of these SME in the new situation. Financing undoubtedly becomes the best solution. So, how to expand financing channels, innovate financing model, improve the financing environment and so on to promote better SMEs financing.Based on Tai’an’s SMEs financing problems, considering the political, economic, geographic, cultural, and financial environment development and other factors in Tai’an City, this thesis investigate the reasons about the difficulties of Tai’an’s SMEs financing. Then, by examing the status quo of SME’s financing, this thesis constructs the financing platform mode, innovative scheme to solve SMEs financing in Tai’an City. This study not only lays the good foundation for the study of innovative financing model, and in practice, it has also improved the service system of small and medium-sized enterprises, and effectively alleviates the asymmetry information problem, and helps to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tai’an city.
