In the knowledge-economic era of the rapid development of high and new technology represented by information technology and environment increasingly complex.The activities of entrepreneurship are carried out worldwidely and fastly in the industry of strategic emerging.Scholars continuously expand the perspective of entrepreneurship research,Though the research about entrepreneurship is a little late,compared with the foreign. The research of entrepreneurship recently has become one of the fastest growing research hotspot.Now, however,few scholars combine the focus of Information and entrepreneurship,The study of informationized entrepreneurship is blank.So it of great significance to do the research of enterprise performance of informationized entrepreneurship under the background of strategic emerging industry and information technology development,for implementing the central informatization strategy,guiding the management of business performance and promoting the development of strategic emerging industry and information technology Information technology start-ups.On the basis of the research fruits of entrepreneurial environments、informationized entrepreneurship、resource integrity ability、entrepreneurial performance,this article build a conceptual model with the essential success factors theory、Contingency Theory、resource-based theory and so on, covering the factors of entrepreneurial environment、informationized entrepreneurship、resource integrity ability and entrepreneurial performance.Collectting related sample data by developing the scales, designing the questionnaire, organizing the issuance、the model and the corresponding assumptions are verified by using SPSS19.0and AMOS21.0to do the factor Analysis、 reliability analysis、validity analysis and the structural equation model. The results can be listed as follows:entrepreneurship environment have positive effects on business performance;informationized entrepreneurship have positive effects on business performance;resource integrity ability have positive effects on business performance;Both informationized entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship environment have positive effects on resource integrity ability,under the background of strategic emerging industry and information technology development.
