A Study On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Learning And Resource Integration On Performance Of The New Venture Business

Since reforming and opening implemented in China, China’s economy have achieved self-breakthrough step by step. With the continuous development of market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises of our country gradually exposed the same problems abroad share, namely the low survival rate of new enterprises. New enterprises are facing the grim challenge of existence due to a short development time and a lack of internal and external resources. Therefore, to improve the survival rate of new entrepreneurships, to reach the healthy growth of the new enterprises have being the focus which current academic circles and governments pay attention to.In this background, some companies still can make full use of its advantages and successfully survive; they also become the object of the scholars. Since Stinchcombe (1965) put forward the possible causes of the high mortality rate of new enterprises, many researchers begin to pay close attention to the factors that influence the causes of the high mortality rate. Some of them focus on the external environment of enterprise business, while others emphasize the comprehensive quality of the entrepreneur individual and entrepreneurial teams. With the deepening of the research on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial learning gradually becomes a new field of entrepreneurship research. The learning ability of entrepreneur individual and entrepreneurial teams, as well as the learning ability of new enterprises, will directly affect the development of new ventures. Therefore, this article chooses entrepreneurial learning as the beginning of the performance of new enterprises, introducing resources integration ability as the intermediary variable, to study the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning’s action to the performance of new ventures.On the basis of analyzing the existing study of entrepreneurial learning, this article breakthrough the microcosmic individual level of entrepreneurial learning research, and choose the macro structure of the entrepreneurial learning, through the questionnaire of the new enterprises in Jiangsu province, building the theory model of entrepreneurial learning, resources integration ability and performance of the new ventures and putting forward hypothesis, to study the effect of entrepreneurial learning to the performance of new ventures, and whether resource integration ability plays an intermediary role in the mechanism of action of both. Through the questionnaire data analysis with the SPSS 17.0, this article proves that the entrepreneurial learning ability has a positive significant impact on the performance of new corporate, and resource integration ability plays a partial intermediary role in the mechanism of action of both. But not all the dimensions of entrepreneurial learning and all the dimensions of resources integration are playing roles, this provides a theoretical basis for the entrepreneurs to improve their ability, as well as provides the theory support for the government to make business policy.
