Research On The Program Group Organization Management Pattern For The Real Estate Enterprise Based On Maturity

Abstract:With the rapid development of the real estate industry, resources centralized and large-scale operation are inevitable trend for the development of real estate, and the trend of the real estate industry is large project and program. Program Management and Company Control are becoming the focus of the real estate industry. In the background of the Program Management, Organization and Coordination, Optimal Allocation of Resources, The Priority of Projects and Organizational Structure are the problems in the real estate business management which should be solved quickly. And the Organizational Structure in the enterprise management is the very important, it is easy to solve three other problems in the environment of good Organizational Structure. Therefore, building organization and management model which is suitable for the managent of program group in real estate enterprise will be important for the development of enterprises.Firstly, the theory of program management and organizational structure are introduced in the paper. In the condition of program management in the real estate business, it analyses advantages and disadvantages of the traditional organization management pattern in the condition of program management of real estate business in the paper, and it defines the organizational requirements of the management of program group in real estate enterprise. Based on this, it builds a new modle of program management in the real estate company which bases on Enterprise Project Management Office and Platform of Information Management,and it introduce Enterprise Project Management Office and platform of Information in detail.There are four departments in Enterprise Project Management Office and six functions in the Platform of Information Management.Then, it builds the index system, the index system which is used to asseme organizational management level in the condition of program group in the real estate business include6level indicators and21secondary indicators. Finally, the fuzzy evaluation Radar minimum area method combined practical case is used to assesse organizational management level in the condition of program group in the real estate business, and the result is in the specification level.
