After having2.5%recession in2012, the global semiconductor market has been recovered slowly in2013to the annual growth rate upto4.9%. In2013, the global semiconductor market turnover reached to$319billion; compared to2012($302.9billion), the achieved growth was4.9%. The development of consumer electronics promotion increased the revenue of semiconductor industry in2013. In continuation to this, the recovering of global economy will lead semiconductor industry to have steady growth in2014as well.For the Chinese market, the government is having better understanding on the semiconductor industry as an industrial base; the gradual introduction of favorable policies will accelerate China’s semiconductor industry entering a new stage of growth. As the optimistic prospect of4G-LTE、mobile internet、TOI(things of internet)、cloud computing、big data、new sources of energy、wearable devices、 automotive electronics、 medical electronics、intelligent city、smart home、smart grid etc. The state has clear attitude to support semiconductor industry’s development.With the growing competition in the industry of semiconductor components, the mergers and acquisitions and the capital operations are becoming more frequent among large manufacturers of semiconductor components. Major components manufacturers are paying more attention to industry market research, research on sales channels, especially for in-depth study of enterprise’s development environment and the change of customer demand trends. This article proceeds with China’s semiconductor market sales channels, analyses the current situation、features、opportunity of China’s semiconductor market, as well as the issues and challenge of the existing sales channels; researches on the relationship among semiconductor manufacturers, distributors and customers; analysis of the pros and cons of global distributors and Chinese local distributors, and then according to the status of China’s semiconductor components market, sums up in line with sales channels.
