With the improvement of positive psychology and model of conservation of resources, This research mainly discuss the relationship between job resources、 management competences and positive emotion with literature and questionnaire method combined with statistical analysis methods. Job resources consist of the job autonomy, social support, performance feedback and development opportunities, management capabilities include leadership skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, professional competence, planning capacity and problem solving skills; The emotions are mainly related to positive emotions and negative emotions. Through the variance analysis and regression analysis of206survey data, the conclusions of this study are following that:(1) Emotional experience is not affected by gender and age; Each dimension of job resources and management capabilities in gender, age, education, hours of work and positions exist differences. However, there is no significant difference on marital status.(2) The relationship between job resources and manage capabilities are significant positive correlations; job autonomy and interpersonal capacity and professional competence were positively correlated, social support and manage competence(with six subscales on leadership skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, professional competence, planning capacity and problem solving skills) are significant positive correlations; work opportunities have significance relation with interpersonal,communication, professional competence.(3) Job resources are positively correlated with positive emotions, there are negative correlation with negative emotions. Social support and performance feedback and positive emotions were significantly positive correlation; and negatively correlated with negative emotions, and other resources are not significantly associated with emotions.(4) There is positive correlation between positive emotions and management capabilities, However, negative emotions and management capabilities are negatively correlated.(5) Positive emotions partially mediate the effect of job resource and management capabilities, but negative emotions have no mediating effect between ob resource and management capabilities.The results of analysis suggest that different gender, age, educational background, working time and the position have different job resources and management capabilities, according to these differences, enterprise should help employees get more comprehensive development. At the same time, the resources that the employees get become richer and richer and it will promote their management capabilities. Finally, a wealth of resources will make employees to experience more positive emotions and improve their management capabilities. Therefore, in order to inspire employees to manage the greatest potential, organizations should pay more attention to the resources what organization provide and make appropriate adjustments based on individual differences.
