Since the enterprise resource planning (ERP) was born, has become the primary information system implementation project of resource optimization management with maximize the benefits of minimum cost in many enterprise. ERP enter China relatively late, experienced years of deposited and accumulation, Becoming increasingly popular in the domestic enterprises, however, based on many reasons, such as blindly pursue high investment, BPR becomes a mere formality, etc. Lead to many Chinese enterprises did not get performance improvement after ERP implementation. Exists the high failure rate Situation. The internationalization of enterprises like Haier,CAAC,etc. Their experience will reveal the enterprises must pay attention to Business Process Reengineering (BPR) while ERP implementing process. BPR is a management thought, for the enterprise business process re-bulid, Through advanced information technology to optimize the flow, Promote enterprise transform organizational structure from a functional model to a process model, to achieve process efficiency, reduce costs, increase revenue and improve service quality and other aspects with thoroughness improvement. So, with BPR thinking to guide the ERP implementation project has been recognized by many experts and scholars.At present study, the main research focused explore the key or success factors of ERP implementation, Mentioned the importance of BPR in those research results, But kind of research just explore BPR as one of factor, not specifically explore how the impact of BPR and ERP implementation performance; Some scholars has study in this field, It is only study a direct role in the relationship between BPR on ERP implementation performance, not specific mechanism of action and role of the path with in-depth study.BPR will bring the all-aspects, deeply impact to the enterprise. On one hand, BPR can cause compression of the enterprise’s management level, sector consolidation, streamlining of personnel, Even the redistribution of power within the Organization, This is bound to raise strong resistance within the Organization, Employees in the case of vested interests are affected, Often will be take a actions of non-organizational identification to defend their interests. As resistance to BPR, vilified ERP systems, and so on, Lead to the negative political behavior strength has improved significantly within the organization. These political behaviorss not only interfere with the process of BPR, negativly impact enterprise production and management activities on the present and future, but also will affect the eventually ERP system performance levels. The other hand, the BPR implementation take information technology methods, Therefore will have contribution of current information in the enterprise, Reflected in the ERP implementation activities, ERP applications scope has increased, Implemented by a single business function module into multiple or even all of business module. Because the target implement object with information technology replaces manual, reflect business process optimization and improved efficiency, the links break reduced, ERP systems to run more efficient, convenient, and application level is more mature, Will ultimately affect the overall performance of the ERP system.In order to more idepthly and comprehensive explore the impact mechanism and the role path of BPR and ERP system implementation performance, I draw on existing research, construction a model of a BPR, ERP application degree, organizational political behavior, affect ERP system implementation performance. Proposed research hypotheses and empirical analysis, to validate the research models and assumptions.This study focused on the following five areas:Chapter one:introduction. Elaborate background, meaning and purpose of this study, raise the reasons of this study topics, And detailing the research contents, Introduced the main contents and framework courses, describes the research methods used in this study, finally shows the contribution and innovation of research.Chapter twe:a literature review. Gathering the literature of concept and theoretical reviews related to this study, Through literature reading with information gathering used to study design on next chapter, for interpretation the variables Selected and present composition of evaluation system, provides a theoretical basis.Chapter three:study design and hypothesis. In this section, though the previous chapters analysis made the module and assumption of research. Select BPR as a research variable, select ERP implementation performance as dependent variables, select ERP application level and organization of political strength as an intermediate variable in this study. And clearly defined on the variable, determines their measurement dimension. Design a questionnaire for this study. Culminating a models of this study, Through empirical analysis to find the direct and indirect impact to ERP implementation performance.Chapter four:data analysis. This chapter is primarily statistical analysis for recovery samples, Verify that the model and data are reasonable, verify assumption, and analysis the groundless assumption again. Final get amended interpretation mode.Chapter five:conclusion and recommendations. this chapter is important area. Major content is about summary of the main conclusions of this study, countermeasures and suggestions, and defects in this research and follow-up studies.This study through the analysis of effective recovery data and after treatment, reached the following conclusions:(1) BPR has a positive effect on enterprise ERP implementing performance.(2) BPR have a positive effect on enterprise ERP application degree,(3) the enterprise ERP application degree has a positive effect on enterprise ERP implementing performance,(4) BPR has a positive effect on the strength of organizational political behavior,(5) the strength of organizational political behavior has a negative effect on ERP implementation performance assumptions is not true.Analytical method for structural equation model used in this paper, total has219valid samples, Meet the basic requirements. On the basis of research findings, and puts forward a number of recommendations and strategies, Offered using BPR thought guided ERP implementation, management thought as a guide, set the ERP implementation as an opportunity to break through the resistance and to achieve radical change for enterprise; Accompanied put forward pay attention to the implementation work accumlation, optimize, feedback, then optimized, feedback. Put item link in the letter, maintain a continuous evolution, In specific recycling activities establishment long-term planning and short-term goals, implemented in phases; Also recommends that enterprises increases the level of involvement in the project by organization’s members in the ERP implementation process.This study has four main innovation points. Frist, subject conception of innovation. Analysis mechanism and role path of BPR impact ERP implementation performance, explore the mechanism both direct and indirect effect.Second, content innovations. This study verified, BPR will lead to the increased ERP application degree, thereby indirectly affecting ERP application performance improvements, and resulted in increased political behavior strength. Third, innovative research methods. Concrete attempts to foreign research methods for home practice, and using SPSS and AMOS as an analytical tool.Fourth, practical guide. For application and practice of ERP system in Chinese enterprises, promote the successful application of ERP system in Chinese enterprises, improvement and upgrading the ERP system implementation performance, it has great theoretical significance and practical value.
