The full paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter analyzed the selected topic’ s background and significance of the article、related research progress both in China and foreign countries、research contents and methods, and the main innovation of this article and the insufficiencyThe second chapter analyzed the situation of B2B e-commerce’s development and current situation in our country. This chapter first reviewed the history of the B2B e-commerce in past15years and gave a detailed description of the B2B e-commerce. Secondly, analyzed the development and trend of B2B e-commerce of our country in detail. Finally, analyzed and sum up the problems of integrity that B2B e-commerce market in China is now facing..The third chapter is the basic theory and analysis of algorithm. This chapter is a theory and algorithm of this article. First of all, analyzed the related theory of integrity and asymmetric information, and explore its application in the e-commerce; Secondly, this chapter introduced the three kinds of data mining algorithms that will be used in the part of empirical, prepared for the later empirical analysis.The fourth chapter is an empirical analysis of the Alibaba Corporation’s Integrity Project. First of all, the author collected data on the preliminary choice. Secondly, described the selected data. And then to the pretreatment of the missing value and Log data, make the data become more smooth and make the distribution become more uniform. Finally made models in SAS by decision tree, Logistic regression and neural network, then compared the advantages and disadvantages of the three models, select one best model of the three as final prediction model to predict the merchant fraud or not. Provide the decision basis for the management system and wind control system for the credit. Let the platform operator change the credit of the merchants timely and provide purchase suggestions for buyers at the same time.The fifth chapter summarized mainly aims of the research, and provided certain suggestions based on the research’s results. Then put forward the lack of the research and the prospect for future research.
