Since the fast development of the Internet industry,Internet companies increasingly focus on user data collection and mining.Big data technology has been rapidly applied in the Internet industry,in the mobile payment,electronic consumption,e-commerce and other fields for the enterprise has brought high income.At present,the industry's leading Internet companies have begun to collect data from large data mining and the use of large data to provide services to their own or other areas to expand the field.The trend of rapid development of large data applications need a solid theoretical study.In the field of electronic commerce,the Internet business model with the development of the Internet technology has gradually transformed the innovation.With the rise of big data technology,the use of electronic business platform data acquisition platform of their own advantages,the use of big data technology innovation in the platform business model,discovery,value creation and acquisition of three stages in the value of big data applications has an impact on the implementation of the three stages.The research method is case study,case study of the problem is "how" and"why",the research object is currently taking place in the event,the researchers for the current events cannot be controlled,or can only control the very low degree.In this study,the business model innovation path data is consistent with the above characteristics,namely the enterprise applying the data to the business model is what is happening now,but the researchers are not effective to control the incident.With type is the case study method to reveal the problems.So this article uses the method of case study.This article uses the Alibaba group as the case analysis object.Alibaba Chinese group as a leader in the Internet industry,the rapid development of the Internet today,has always maintained the position of industry leader,innovative business model,it is typical and representative in the industry wide.The research on it is beneficial to guide the innovation of business model in the same industry.This paper analyzes the case of electronic business platform for big data applications of Internet enterprise group's Alibaba,Alibaba will be divided into business platform trading platform,communication platform,participation platform and cross platform,big data will be generated by the end user and the corresponding into transactional data communication,big data,big data and cross-border participation type data,large data application behavior of the Alibaba business platform for refining effect of four enterprises to provide large data platform and consumer driven business model of the three stages by encoding.By enhancing the availability of data and enhance the ability of data interaction and enhance the data transmission and nondestructive business models affecting the value found by the ability to enhance the accuracy and response to the market environment changes in real time to determine the value of the influence to create value,by improving the decision-making efficiency and cost savings in order to obtain impact value.This paper from the perspective of business model innovation,the concept of big data more research in the field of computer was re defined,it will be introduced to the field of management,and to clarify the four dimensions of big data,analysis of the impact of big data on enterprises from the perspective of management.At the same time,the big data as a factor into the enterprise business model innovation model,in-depth study of its influence on business model innovation of value discovery,value creation,value capture three stages.Build the model of enterprise business model innovation of big data under the influence of the effect of three stages of the big data business model,enrich the research on the influence factors of academic research on business model innovation,has certain innovation on business model innovation research.For understanding the connotation of big data,exploring the path of enterprise business model innovation in large data environment,enrich the existing theoretical system,to make up for academic gaps,leading the follow-up study,have a certain academic significance.From a practical sense,the background in the Internet industry development speed,high added value,industry wide effects,and the role of economic development has become increasingly prominent,the Internet industry has become an important engine of economic development Chinese.This paper studies on the influence of business model innovation Alibaba group based big data,sorting out the enterprise business model innovation path,enabling enterprises to comprehensively grasp the impact of large data process of enterprise business model innovation,to provide a reference for the practice of enterprise business model innovation.This research is carried out in the following order:The first chapter introduce the development of the concept of business model innovation,this paper studies the theoretical and practical significance and innovation.The second chapter:literature review and research framework,the main data of this research,business model and business model innovation and other related concepts literature review,clarify the related concepts,and elaborates the research frame of the whole paper.The third chapter:research method design,the paper uses the case study analysis method to explain,introduces the preliminary formation of the theoretical model and coding scheme.The fourth chapter:case analysis,introduces the case of Alibaba group background,and the application of large data business model of Alibaba business model into the business model.The fifth chapter discusses the point of view of the case analysis.The sixth chapter,the final conclusion is drawn.The seventh chapter:explain the limitations of this paper and the related issues of the future,to provide reference for the follow-up study.
