| Abstract:This article is based on parameterization of quality management in tobacco industry and focuses on the research of construction and application of SPC system in Changsha cigarette factory. With continuously upgrade of equipment and technology, the data of equipment,process indicators and parameters are collected synchronously during tobacco producing. From how to effectively use the collected data, the data generated by system automation products, concern on realize our product design to process management, equipment management, quality management level of the final result; How to find the problems from data products produced by inevitability and chanciness, and to improve the stability of cigarette products processing process, are elaborated in this article.The application of SPC technology in the factory is based on the Complex Process Capability index(CPK), by the method of parameters of on-line monitoring, abnormal process analysis and systemic enhancements of index, to carry out a variety of technical research activities, eliminate because of process control, realize the process control and prevention, some parameters are optimized by the realism and test adjusting range, curing some excellent operating method, etc., makes the research of the parameters of the process CPK value having a certain degree of ascension.On the basis of unceasing achievements in the production process based on SPC technology and management need, the factory transformed and standardized its achievements, set up a new evaluation system of process control. The control management system based on SPC and the SPC quality management was formed as well as Changsha cigarette factories characteristic of application mode. By the enhancement of Baisha brand and quality competitiveness, the cigarette technology specification of three industry transformation will achieve gradually. |
