Abstract:With the development of globalization, networking, information technology in the new economy era, products life cycle is shorter and shorter, social division of labor is increasingly elaborate, many enterprises have to actively change and innovation of organization structure and management mode. Human resource outsourcing is a new management model.This paper takes Shenzhen APS company as the research object, the type of product, the enterprise and human resources development was studied, the reform measures and process are analyzed in the paper. Through comparative study, to explain the strategies and methods to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises through human resource outsourcing.The first part of this paper introduces the concept of human resources outsourcing, as well as the background and significance of the study; the second part has carried on the detailed introduction to the theory of human resources outsourcing; the third part analyzes and studies the present situation of human resources of Shenzhen APS company; the fourth part for the in-depth study of human resources outsourcing the company principle, process, risk circumvention measures were, and summarizes the successful experience; the fifth part, through the implementation of APS on the company’s human resources outsourcing project success, to further elaborate the importance and necessity of human resources outsourcing for manufacturing enterprises.
