| Abstract:In recent years, the private equity industry has gradually regained its rationality, bubbles are getting smaller and the windfall investments are getting fewer; yet the industry encounters increasingly fierce competition and project financing is getting harder and harder. The adverse situation forces the industry insiders to rethink the private equity industry rationally and work out a feasible development strategy for the private equity industry.This article is divided into seven chapters. First, Jinglin’s external macro-environment, competitive environment and internal environment are studied in details based on PEST analysis and with the adoption of Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and other research methods, and then the company’s strength, weakness, opportunity and threat will be summarized based on the analysis. The available strategies will be concluded based on the SWOT analysis and the final strategy for the company will be determined after evaluating the compatibility with the company’s missions. Finally, this article designs a strategic implementation guarantee based on the established policy and proposes relevant strategic risk prevention measures to enhance the feasibility of strategy implementation plan. |
