This paper argues that the foreign investment enterprises in China’s military development are facing opportunities and challenges. The opportunities include China’s rapid military industry development. Foreign joint venture and foreign-owned enterprises own advantage of technology and capital. China’s broad military market can provide a new profit growth point for the foreign-capital enterprise. The thesis tries to study the development of foreign-owned enterprises in China’s military market.This article takes A Company as an example, uses Coimbatore K. Prahald and Gary Hamer’s core competitiveness theory, and adopts SWOT analysis and Potter’s five competitive forces analysis and other methods. It combines the current situation of China’s military industry market, and analyzes foreign-owned enterprises’internal and external environment when they enter the Chinese market of military.Through the analyses of the industry and the advantages and the disadvantages, this paper provides unique suggestions for A company to establish its core competitiveness:the company needs to enhance from the aspects of organization management, technology research, marketing and human resources to improve the its core competitiveness. It is hope that the thesis can provide some helpful reference and methods for the non-public enterprises which wants to enter the military market of China.
