This paperis mainly studied from the following three aspects.1)The basic research0f financial risk management in Small andmedium-sized enterprise.On the basis of the financial risk definition, thispaper discusses procedures of financial risk management,and combined withthe characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, the paper analyzesthe risk identification method of medium-sized enterprise,and puts forwardthe measures to improve financial risk identification method,It establishesthe financial risk identification method suitable for the characteristics ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises; and financial risk measurement methods are analyzed and compared to establish the efficacy coefficientmethod for small and medium-sized enterprise.2)Research on financial risk identification in HYKJ. The paperanalyzes the current situation of the development of small and medium-sizedenterprises in Hengyang City,based on its background,the paper calculatesHYKJ company financial index from2009to2011, uses the new buildfinancial risk identification methods, respectively from the profit ability,debt paying ability, operation ability, growth ability and the ability to obtaincash to identify its financial risk.3) Financial risk measurement and prevention research in HYKJ.Financial risk indicators are designed to fit with the efficacy coefficientmethod,and the paper using HYKJ Company’financial statement data in2011to measure the financial risks and to establish prevention measuresaccording to the corresponding financial risk in HYKJ.
