In January,2003,《the Law for Promoting the Small and Medium------sized Enterprises》 came into forceformally, and on 18,May,2004,"small and medium------sized enterprises board" is put out inShenzhen Stock Exchange formally, which standardized the financial behavior of small and medium——sized enterprises and ensured its development. This text discusses the characteristics and origin causes of formation of the present financial risk in small andmedium------sized enterprises of our country and also discusses the serious consequences offinancial crises resulted from deficient management. It firstly analyzed the importance of financial risk management in theory and classified the financial risk in small and medium— —sized enterprises. The text put forward "Financial Risk Appraisal Method Based on the Fuzzy Studies" after summing up and analyzing the methods of financial appraisal risk. It also put forward the principles and methods of controlling the financial risk to the cycle of growing up. At the same time, thinking about the balance of cost and profit, it analyzed the cost of risk controll. This text aims at strengthening the sense of financial risk of small andmedium-----sized enterprises, adopting different financial risk assessment technics indifferent fields, and building up rational appraisal mechanism and controlling process of financial risk, so that the financial will be normal and it will enhance the financial competition force which will ensure the continual growing up of the enterprises.
