On the basis of the in-depth investigation of the farmer cooperatives development in Taigu, existing problems were further analyzed, Including supporting policies and enforcement system is not enough farmers ’cooperatives, farmers’ willingness to join a company is not strong, members lack enthusiasm, lack of funds and personnel, the organization of small-scale, single-business activities, services stenosis. I combine practical experience to address these issues, put forward realistic countermeasures, including proposals related administrative departments should strengthen laws and regulations and to provide a sound legal protection for cooperatives; further regulate the cooperative system, improve the operational mechanism, to improve the level of management of cooperatives; serious publicity and training, so that the majority of farmers to effectively understand the important role of cooperatives; enhance service awareness, strengthen efforts to support; innovative cooperative business model, in order to promote healthy, development of the local farmers’ cooperatives for the future of our national economy make a greater contribution to growth.
