A Study On The Development Of Farmer Cooperatives Demonstration In LN Area

Farmers’ Cooperatives are the new forms of rural cooperative economy,which are accompanied by the gradual realization of agricultural modernization.Throughout the development of Farmer Cooperatives in China,the Farmers’ Cooperatives are rapid development,especially in recent years.In 2017,the Central Document No.1 is mentioned that construction of the Farmers’ Cooperatives needs to be strengthened;actively develop"Trinity system"of Farmers’ cooperatives economic organization system,namely the integrated management system of production,supply and marketing,and credit;actively guide Farmers’ Cooperatives to apply for "Third grade Standard".In China,these measures can reflect the Farmers’ Cooperatives and other new professional operations in the important position of agricultural modernization reform.The development of LN area Farmers’ Cooperatives started in 1990.As one of the major agricultural producing areas,the experience and deficiencies of LN area Farmers’Cooperatives have certain applicability in the whole country,so it is necessary for the study of LN area Farmers’ Cooperatives.According to the "Carry out the selection of the demonstration of the Farmers’ Cooperatives in LN",the experts formulated a relatively perfect scoring system.Farmers’ Cooperatives reached the standard that can get the title of the Farmers Cooperatives Demonstration Clubs.These Farmers’ Cooperatives Demonstration can get corresponding policy support so that promote them to faster develop,and through the demonstration effect lead to the development of other Farmers’ Cooperatives.In the paper,the study of the Farmers’ Cooperatives is mainly based on the theory of collective action,the theory of agricultural industrialization management,the theory of enterprise growth and the theory of cooperative economy.Firstly of all,this paper summarized the overall situation of the LN area Farmers’ Cooperatives and analyzed the development characteristics of LN area Farmers’ Cooperative.In 2015,the experts selected LN area 193 Farmers’ Cooperative Demonstration Clubs that as the samples of this paper.After 193 samples were conducted on LN area area and analyzed data through development of LN area Farmers’ Cooperatives Demonstration Clubs,come to a conclusion that LN area Farmers’ Cooperatives had some development characteristics that are small and medium scale,wide scope of services,based on industries and build brand.This paper compared LN area Farmers’ Cooperatives Demonstration Clubs and general Farmers’ Cooperatives that through the four aspects,namely scale condition,trademark registration and quality certification,service condition,internal management and financial management.Second,this paper selected three typical Farmers’ Cooperatives Demonstration Clubs as case study that through field research.The study found that although the development level of Farmers’ Cooperatives Demonstration Clubs were higher than other general Farmers’ Cooperatives,however the demonstration effect was not strong and there were still some problems that mainly include comprehensive strength is not strong and the development level is not high;brand awareness is weak and brand promotion is poor;lack of technical talents and professional management ability;imperfect internal management and financial management is non-standard and so on.Third,this paper analyzed the reasons of the development problems of LN area Farmers’Cooperatives Demonstration Clubs through internal and external reasons.Finally,this paper puts forward the following measures and suggestions,first is to improve the comprehensive development strength and to enhance the market competitiveness;second is to increase management efforts;third is to strengthen personnel training,and to train professional management capacity;fourth is to improve the internal management and to standardize the financial system.
